Specifications

Western White Oak face and back veneer thickness shall not be less than 1/16 inch or more than 1/10 inch. Face and back shall be (B) grade construction with no open defects. All splits and open knot holes shall be putty patched. Veneer adjacent to face shall be nickel/dime grade, with no defects larger than a dime in size.

Bull nose edges and corner are machined - FULL ROUND to promote easy flow and reduce fork lift damage. Full bull nose edges and corners have proven to reduce wear at chain transfer stations by allowing pallets to move more freely. Forklift damage is reduced by allowing forks to slip under pallets reducing edge damage from forks.

Level Load Testing - is performed on slave pallets manufactured by Engineered Fibre Products Inc. Confirmation of load test specifications are published and confirmed with recipient.

Pallet construction is manufactured in accordance with the American Plywood Association (APA).
